Apple's "No Cash Purchases" policy for iPads & iPhone

All this is, if you ask me, is just yet another reason for me to hate Apple. I heard Dave Ramsey talking about this the other day. I do not understand for the life of me, how in America, AMERICAN MONEY can not be used to pay for something. Apple wants to do this so they can track the purchases then to find out if these devices are being sold on eBay or the "black market". How in the world is this not an invasion of privacy?
